You’ll get tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility. We do our best to keep deliveries smooth, but delays aren’t always in our control.

Due to the nature of our products (perishable, sensitive), most sales are final. However, if an order arrives damaged, wrong, or missing something, get in touch within 48 hours. Depending on the issue, we’ll either replace the item or issue store credit.
