Our goal is simple: quick, reliable delivery without unnecessary attention, no matter where youโ€™re located.

We keep fulfillment fast and predictable:

  • Most orders leave our facility within 1โ€“2 business days of payment.

  • Orders placed after Friday noon PST are shipped on Monday.

  • Youโ€™ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on the way.

Depending on your location, your package may move through:

  • DHL / FedEx

  • USPS (final delivery in the USA)

  • Regional partners in select international markets

For international buyers (including the USA):

  • You are responsible for knowing your local import rules.

  • Some regions may apply customs fees, VAT, or handling charges.

  • We donโ€™t cover these costs or guarantee clearance.

  • Delays or seizures at customs are outside our control.

We do our best to support smooth delivery, but international orders are placed at your own risk.


โŒ Countries We Cannot Ship To

Due to high seizure rates or strict bans, we currently do not ship to:

  • China

  • India

  • Russia

  • Saudi Arabia

  • United Arab Emirates

  • Other regions flagged as high-risk

This list may change over time.


๐Ÿ’ฅ Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If something goes wrong, contact info@shroomswift.com within 48 hours of expected delivery if:

  • Your package is marked โ€œdeliveredโ€ but hasnโ€™t arrived

  • An item is missing

  • The parcel arrives damaged

If eligible, weโ€™ll arrange:

  • A free one-time replacement, or

  • Store credit toward a future order

โ— Please note:

  • Refunds are not issued for customs seizures or incorrect addresses.

  • Orders to restricted countries arenโ€™t eligible for reshipment.
